Description
The Fiddle Bow bread knife is a traditional kitchen tool that has been used for centuries to slice bread. The knife is made of a Hardwood handle with a metal blade that is sharpened to a fine point. The blade is curved and has a pointed tip, which makes it ideal for slicing through the crust of bread.
This is my version of the knife. It is handmade in my workshop in Kildorrery, Co. Cork. I tried to stay true to the original design but added my own unique style to the handle. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I did making it.
The knife is available in both right handed and left handed versions.
