A large part of my business is accepting bespoke/commission orders.

This is a very important, enjoyable and challenging part of my job. I enjoy the interaction with the client, from the initial concept design to the production process and presenting the finished product.

PROCESS

The client is involved in planning and design, choosing of woods, finishes etc. This involves one off pieces or a variation of something they may have seen already, sometimes using their own wood for sentimental reasons.

Once the client is happy with the design, I will price the job and inform the client. Once the details are finalised, a small deposit is required and a time line is agreed.

As part of the process, regular photos can be sent to the client to keep them up to date on the project.
